Can I swap the SIM from my jetpak to a phone and use it? I tried and still can't make a call. Not sure if there is something else I need to do.
No. The Jetpack SIM card isn't provisioned for voice calls.

No, you would need to get a new SIM Card for the phone, you can get one for free at any Corporate Location. GenevieveB_VZW
