We lost power today. When we recovered, my wife's iphone 13 cannot connect to our Verizon LTE Network Extender. My iphone 13 does connect without a problem.
How can I get my wife's iphone 13 to connect?

Hello, mrkshrmn57, we know it's important to get reconnected to your Network Extender. Can you please let us know what steps you've tried to connect to the Network Extender? Have you been able to power her phone off and back on? Does she currently have WiFi turned off?
