Lack of Support For Lost Or Stolen

I lost my MiFi and the device doesn't have GPS enabled so Verizon tech support wasn't able to do anything.

-> They do not offer total protection...

-> To replace the device I need to buy full value 200$

-> The line had a 2-year contract which I am stuck paying for and canceling this will screw me over majorly because of my S9+ Offer.

I am at a loss here. I wonder if I can replace this line with my BYOD and not void my promotion. This really bites.

Purchase a replacement from a third party retailer like Swappa or eBay. Or buy a new one at VZW.
