Amazing Verizon Wireless, your device broke when I changed Data Plans.
Switch to the 5 GB prepaid at $40/mo , then the Jetpak refused to transfer data.
Talked to Verizon Tech Support. They say I need a new updated SIM card.
OK....... how did that happen ? ? ?
Force me to visit a Verizon Store (80 miles away) or wait for the new SIM card in the mail while I have no access to my Data Plan. Hope this new SIM card functions.

After a month of no access to my PrePay Data Plan, ......
Verizon Wireless finally processed the " Open Ticket " and resolved my issue.
In all fairness, ..... my Pain & Suffering suddenly vanished when I noticed the refund of
2 GB of lost data .
Happy Camper ..... Out .

A: Yes, .... use my gMail address with Verizon acct.
Sure would be OK if the Jetpack had access to my Data Plan that's been " Pre Paid " .

Tech support never called back about SIM card update to my MiFi.
Oh well maybe he saw my Dashboard errors with the Prepaid active Plan with no access.
Or maybe the latest robo eMail with 2GB Plan error

Thanks for asking , ...... new SIM was installed into JetPack at Verizon Store in Ukiah, CA today ........(at no charge) .
However that did not fix the Data Plan access. The 7730L MiFi device is OK.
A service "Ticket" was started & should be resolved in 24 to 48 hours.
Seems my old 2GB bi-monthly plan to new 5GB monthly plan is confusing my Pre Paid access.

JekPack ticket is now an "Open Ticket" with priority.
No Data Plan access due to unprocessed Ticket for over 4 days.
Data stream disconnect suffering is painful, ...... waiting ..... waiting ..........
