Missing double the data on prepaid

Just started a prepaid account this month on the $70 a month plan.

Already have only 9GB of data remaining. Based on my usage it's clear that I was only credited with 15GB of data instead of the 30GB as advertised on Verizon's website:

Confirmed with the representative I spoke with yesterday that I would receive all of the data under the double the data plan. Unable to connect with a live representative when calling into customer service.

We are sorry if there was any miscommunication. To receive the Double the Data promotion you must be on an eligible plan. The highest data plan available for this offer is the $70 15 GB Tablet/Jetpack Plan. As it is outlined in the visual under the 30 GB, you will see it states 'Save $20/mo with additional lines. Activate on our 15 GB plan and get a 15 GB bonus at no extra cost.'
