Model SCS-2U3100 Firmware update?

We have 4 of these extenders and we would like to update the firmware (if possible.)  We can't locate where to do so in the GUI and can't find any information in the manual or online.  Can anyone confirm if this is possible; and, if so, where this can be accomplished?

Having your firmware up to date is critical and we want to help in any way that we can. Are you a Verizon Wireless customer? Is there a reason why you believe you need an update?

Yes, we are a Verizon customer.  

I was able to determine that these devices auto-update.
