My Ellipsis JetPack is brand new and constantly disconnects / shuts off

I just opened my Ellipsis JetPack and purchased an unlimited plan along with it - I use it for my MacBook Air laptop while working from home. My device will be fully charged and/or plugged in and will constantly (!!) shut off / disconnect/ bump to another Wifi that doesn't work and kick me off of the internet.
