My PC doesn't recognize my Ellipsis Jetpack

I just moved and now my PC doesn't recognize my Ellipsis Jetpack.  I'm running Windows 7, and have tried restarting my computer, restarting the Jetpack with no results.

When I go to My Computer to see what devices are connected, it doesn't show.

May we please have your current zip code? Have you made any changes to either your PC or Jetpack since the move? Have you attempted to remove the sim http://vz.to/2jCKbPh from the Jetpack after powering off? We recommend you allow at least one minute before placing the sim back in to the device and testing.  Please provide a few additional details and we will be ready to continue helping.
