My jetpack model mifi7730L gets very hot when I use Facebook. Just started using Facebook. Never noticed jetpack getting hot before. I have a Imax pro desk top.

We would be happy to assist you with your Jetpack. How long are you using the device when it starts to get warm? Is this an immediate response when accessing Facebook?
