Network Extender 2 Problems

I have a newly installed Verizon Network Extender 2 in my home and the following are my issues at this time.

1)  When attempting to call it drops from 4g to standard phone line no data connection when calling.  I have Advanced Calling turned on my Galaxy 9 phone.  Tried it with Voice and Video and Voice only same result.

2)  When showing connected to 4G it is not pulling data down to my phone just gets stuck.

I tried dialing #48 while showing connected 4G full bars and the extender showing 1 device connect.  The message I get is you are not connected to a network extender.

How do I resolve these issues and get the $249 extender actually working correctly????

Getting the Network Extender working properly is absolutely critical, Sticker26. You came to the right place to get expert help. Have you ensured Wi-Fi is turned off on the Galaxy 9? Is there any possibility that there’s another Verizon Wireless device within the range of the Network Extender? I have a Quantum Router aproximately 3 feet away from the new Extender.  After I posted I tested the extender calling again on my phone galaxy S9 then on my wifes iPhone XS and same result.  Not sure what else to test at the momment.  Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

When I left the house this morning the display showed 10 on the upper left.  I believe that is the GPS links it views.  The link you listed above says Opps page not found when I click it.
