Hello. I'm having trouble with my Network Extender. The System light is blinking red fast, while GPS is magenta. Power and LAN are both blue, so no issues. I've already tried all of the obvious troubleshooting solutions. Seems likely a hardware problem. Can you assist?

Sorry to hear about the trouble you've been experiencing with your Extender. We know how critical these things can be in some locations. The problem is definitely the GPS. Once it loses connection, it will cause the system light to blink and the device to become inoperable. Have you relocated your unit? Checked the GPS antenna's connection inside the device by opening the port? If it somehow became loose, this could happen.
