I live in the city and get relatively decent service in my house and I cannot get a GPS lock and it’s now been over an hour! Starting to get Extremely frustrated and upset with this thing!

We know how frustrating it can be to have a device not function the way that it is supposed. It is concerning to learn that your Network Extender was having trouble connecting but we are here to help. Is this something that happens with your Extender often? Do you recall when this problem first began with your particular Extender?
