I recently purchased an Orbic 5g R500L5 Hotspot. Every time the device is rebooted, the cell status bar says "no service." The only way to resolve is to remove the battery for a few seconds, and re-insert. Very frustrating.
Current SW Version: ORB500L_V2.0.3.9_BVZRT
HW Version: V1.2

aerostarnoah, we definitely want to make sure that your device is working properly, and we'd be happy to help. Please tell us, when did this first start happening? To clarify, are these manual reboots? If so, what is the reason the device is being restarted?

This has been happening since I received the device last week. Yes the reboots are manual, any time the device is powered down and powered back on. I usually do this to save battery, is it not recommended to turn off the device?

Simular Orbic issue, SSID is there, .. try to connect, but no luck unless the Verizon device is rebooted.
Device & carrier (Verizon) runs smooth most of the time.
Another Verizon Community Member has same reboot problem in his 9-20-2023 post on next page.
