Verizon Wireless Orbic Speed 4g LTE Hotspot device & data plan seems OK ..... purchased & activation at Verizon store. Upgraded from older Jetpack account ... seamlessly.
Seems weird that the device does not have a purchase receipt because the store printer was busted, ..... & the competent Verizon staff never sent a proof of purchase.
HappyCamper707, glad the device is working out. You can access your Documents and Receipts via My VZ. If you sign in and use My VZ with a browser, you first click on ‘Account’ up top. From the menu that pops up, click on ‘Bill’ to see the options there. From the Bill list, pick “Documents & receipts’ and you can then view all your recent receipts and other documents.

Should have posted the Data Plan is a Pre Pay account..... no billing, statements, or docs. OH Well , next time I pass a functional Verizon Wireless store.... most are . . I"ll check if their receipt printer is busted ..... or not.
