We have two Orbic Speed Jetpacks from Verizon, one purchased in May and the other in August of 2023. We have unlimited plans on both. We use the first one for home internet, computers and TV mostly. No problems with this one.
The second one is strictly used for my husband working from home, no other devices are connected to it other than his work computer. This second puck most often times does not have service or the signal is very low that he is not able to use it. Also, occasionally when there is data, the 4G and 5G indicator at the top left will have a "slash" through it.
Both pucks are always in the office, they are not moved or taken anywhere. They both sit on small cooling fans and we have never had an issue with them getting warm. The issue is that my husband cannot connect to the puck to do his work as the signal is never consistent which completely defeats the purpose of having it. Could this puck be defective? If so, can this puck be replaced under warranty?

As someone who is also working from home, I completely understand the importance of having a reliable connection, DJ0719. It is indeed odd that you have a night & day difference between the two devices, and we would be happy to assist. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us so we can do that!
