I have an Orbic that is showing a red "x" over the cellular bars. I'm not sure I understand why because my iPhone has 2-bars where I'm located and I'm just outside of Quebec City at the KOA in Levis, QC.
I spoke with a technician earlier today regarding the issue, but I'm not inspired by confidence in her ability. She had me do a hard factory reset, but then she couldn't even tell me where to find the default admin password. I finally did another hard reset and figured out where the password was being displayed, but she had no clue.
Is there something else I should be focusing on since the cellular signal appears to be turned off or not connecting? I have verified that roaming is turned on. And the cellular plan is supposed to have International available according to what she told me today as well. My phone is international capable, and I told them the new Orbic should be capable when I was forced to turn over my old 4G Jetpack for this new brick from Verizon.
