Please help seems like phone is not picking up good anymore in my area known can hear me talking or the phone hangs up playing is their problem with Verizon towers in my area.

Please help me it seems like the cell phone towers in my area are not working good anymore. I used to pick up Verizon very good but now no one can hear me talking on my phone or drops my calls.  is there anything I can do? thanks

Having a quality signal is very important, PATCRA38. I am happy to assist. How long have you been having the troubles with your calls and is the issue occurring online indoors or outdoors too? Also, what is the zip code for the area? Lastly, do you know of any other Verizon customers that are having the same issue?
