I have a second home in zip code 49347. The coverage map shows we have great coverage but we usually have one bar inside and outside our home. Calls are always being dropped. The issue appears to be getting worse and not better. What can be done about it?

How long has this been happening? Are phone calls dropping to one particular person? Is anyone around you having the same issue?

Yes everyone in the home and neighbors with Verizon have the same issue.

Sorry it took me so long to respond previously. I had a difficult time finding my post again.
The maps show we have full 4G LTE coverage but often my phone shows no service. I would really appreciate some help here.
