I am having the same issue as everyone else, trying to register a cell phone signal booster (installed in my RV) with Verizon. I need help immediately to comply with FCC requirement. Please contact me without delay, as none of your customer contacts nor web pages are appropriate/working properly to handle this question.

This link does not work. I need to also register my cell phone signal booster, but every time someone keep sending this link that does not work. It states "Un supported context path".

How do you send a private message? I need to have my cell phone booster registered? Please do not send me the link because it does not work.

At the top right of the forum page, there's an envelope icon. Tap or click on that, and you'll be taken to the private message (PM) area, where it works like email. Send your PM to @vzw_customer_support with the subject "register a signal booster" because a Verizon agent has to do the signal booster registration for you. The link(s) don't work; I've reported this before and was told it was sent to the department which handles it, but no telling how long it will take to get fixed.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
