Hello,
I cannot get to the form to register my signal booster. When I get to the "Consumer Signal Booster" page and click Register https://www.verizonwireless.com/content/wcms/overlays/register-signal-booster.html I get taken to my Verizon dashboard with no indication as to where to register my booster. I have tried from my phone and laptop but still get the same results.
Please help!
Thank you

They are not asking about an extender they are asking about a signal amplifier. I am having the same issue but I had previously registered my wilson weboost but am trying to do it again because of replacing my jetpack, and location change.

For folks who are having trouble with Verizon's cell signal booster registration website, it looks like the 'my Verizon' cell booster website form does not work for a lot of us, and I'm not sure if / when it will work again. That said, there's a pretty straightforward workaround - human beings!
You can file a support request. I believe there was an option for 'signal issues' or something like that, and I explained in the ticket that I was trying to register my cell signal booster (not a Verizon network extender) but Verizon's website was offline. The support rep was able to register my cell signal booster, I just had to give them the brand name of the booster (don't worry if it's some random nonsense name from Amazon, that is A-OK!), the model number, the FCC ID number, and the serial number. Those last 3 items are all on that FCC-mandated sticker located on your consumer cellular booster device. If your cell signal booster doesn't have that "This is a CONSUMER device" sticker on it then it doesn't meet the 2014+ FCC regulations for cell signal boosters and you must find one that does comply with those regulations.
While it doesn't seem like there's a way to register a cell signal booster without going through a support rep any more, I was able to resolve this issue via text message in about 25 minutes from the time I put in my ticket / request, including the time I spent in the queue. I didn't have to speak to anybody, text messaging was all I used to resolve the issue.
Just wanted to type this out for other users who are doing a search and who aren't finding any direct resolution for your registration issues. I decided to get a cell signal booster instead of a 'network extender' device because it was roughly the same price, but it will connect to a Verizon cell tower instead of using my Verizon Fios internet service to provide a sort of mini cell tower inside of my house. A contractor cut my Fios service line between the utility pole and my house, and now I'm here with a -108 dBm signal, just barely connecting to the internet with my cell phone as a hotspot. The cell booster will give me (and my home security system's base station) a viable back-up option in the event of a Fios outage, but you must follow installation instructions and must know what you are doing. You have to be mechanically-inclined if you want to install one of these cell signal booster products. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your info. I've been down this path. I have a Wilson WeBoost signal amplifier, have had it for several years. I was always able to go thru the Verizon site with their link and update info (address). It's no longer there... I finally got somebody at Verizon who figured out where the information is.. (after days, hours of chats and calls). I know he had the info cuz he had two of my old addresses on it. He updated it to the address I was at (full time RVers moving around, need to update the address all the time otherwise Verizon doesn't let it work)... He wouldn't give me the link to where he found it now and said he'd create a ticket. I finally got a response and they kept saying they could tell me how to make the wifi booster work... I kept explaining that it's NOT a wifi booster it is a signal booster from the tower... Now we moved and I dread trying to go through all of this again. We will be looking at other companies, like StarLink and when we get things squared away I will be dropping Verizon entirely. Their customer service stinks.

I'm having the same problem registering my signal booster. It's very interesting that it has a links for home and business. The only one that works is the business. This doesn't give me comfort in my cell provider. It seems like its on purpose. Here is the message I receive after accessing the HOME link.
No webpage was found for the web address: https://myvpostpay.verizon.com/vzw/secure/signalbooster/signalBoosterValidate.action
I notice you had sent a text message to support and they set you up. Could you please let me know the phone number or other method you had sent the request to. I've never sent one and the options i tracked down were dead ends.
Thank you,
