Hello, I've got a 4510l jetpack mifi that I've used in the past but that was a long time ago now I want to just connect it to my older PC and do some port forwarding. Is the Jetpack 4510L Verizon only or does it work with other SIM cards from other providers?

We can only guarantee that the 4510l jetpack mifi will work with our own network.

Okay Jesse, thank you for the reply but it's a bit vague, will the mifi work with another sim or not and if it does how do I do it. I noticed that it allows you to change the APN but that does next to nothing as the mifi still says sim searching if I put a non Verizon sim in.

You have a great concern. Usually, Verizon Mi-Fi devices will only work with a Verizon SIM card. However, you can still check with any other provider to see if their SIM card is compatible with our Mi-Fi.
