Support Call Backs

I have (at most) one bar. 

I have a network extender that is not connecting to my iPhone 7.

I have tried all the suggestions on these boards I can find. No Help.

I have tried to contact support. The one time in the past two days I was able to get through to tier 2 support the tech spoke to me for 2-3 minutes, then without bothering to tell me, put me on hold for over an hour before the call disconnected.

I scheduled a callback. The call came in. I have (at best) one bar. The call disconnected.

If Verizon's support improved it would be TERRIBLE!
