Trying to get the Network extender to work

Hi.  I am having the same problem and I was not able to resolve it with the process outlined above.  The sys continues to blink red.  Please tell me the next steps.  Thank you.

What make/model extender do you have? Did this ever work?  If a new extender has Customer Support activated the MAC ID?

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...
