Update tool can't find jetpack.

Last used jetpack 8months ago.

I am connnected. Can't load 192.168.1.1.

My IP 192.168.1.10

Used jetpack last two summers OK.

I can login to myverizon account.

Any suggestions what to try next? Thanks.
