Network extender is not connecting to VZW Network. 

The admin password is not working when trying to access website to check access

Have you called 800-922-0204 to have them check for the device being activated on the network?  Which model extender do you have, there are several of the 4G's.  As posted recently in a similar thread:

LTEFemto + last 4 of the extender's MAC-address, in CAPS.
