My order on 5/18/19 for a Jetpack with the Unlimited Data Plan was CANCELLED by VERIZON... AFTER the plan had been retired!!! Now, the NRB (Network Resolutions Dept.) REFUSES to honor my order!!! Telesales placed the order again & said after I receive the Jetpack, call back & they would contact Prepaid for my Unlimited Plan. Well...I've tried for 3 weeks solid...on the phone with multiple Cust. Ser. reps... 2 tickets have been created... NOTHING & my plan (15G as opposed to Unlimited) is about to expire! Evidently, I am only '1' of MANY, MANY customers in this situation! Verizon said the plan was being abused by people using the hotspot for business purposes & the network was too congested!!! That DOES NOT justify Verizon cancelling my order & not telling me until AFTER they retired the plan! I am NOT giving on this... VERIZON is in the WRONG!

You're not entitled to a retired plan unless you formally had it to be locked in. Verizon isn't in the wrong here, the people who abused the plan are.

They may not be wrong in this instance but i had the plan and it was taken and replaced with the 15gb plan when i did a device swap and was assured i would keep the unlimited plan.
