Verizon tricked me off my loyalty plan

  • I added a jet pack onto my plan and Verizon Neglected to tell me that I was unable to continue using my customer loyalty plan which is no longer available and was grandfathered in. Now I’m stuck with a plan that’s $30 more per month than I was expecting to spend
