I asked this elsewhere but can't find where to see if I got any replies..
I have a 890L hotspot .. on the 12 G unlimited .. once it gets close to 12 midnight I am losing the signal completely. I checked all my settings, no family filters nothing like that.. so I can't use my computer or tablet.
I have a tracfone that is cdma .. works off of the Verizon tower and I can connect to the net on it....
so this is something Verizon is doing that is account related as far as I can tell otherwise I would have issues with my tracfone.
Has anyone found out what is going on?

A Jetpack device isn't intended to be used in a 24/7 operation. Have you considered it might function better if it is shutdown when you aren't using it.
