cannot connect We Boost moblie signal booster

I have tried connecting my We Boost Drive Reach mobile signal booster online, by phone, and by text. Verizon sends the same link which DOES NOT WORK everytime- the message "Un supported path" is delivered every time. I need for you to connect mt booster, I have all of the information ready. Please reply.

Hi, I don't know who was sending you that link, but yes, it doesn't work and hasn't for a long time based upon what I've read in the forums. Send a private message (use the envelope icon at the top right to go to the private messaging section; it works like email) with the subject line "register signal booster" to @vzw_customer_support . A Verizon agent has to do the setup for you.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
