Why are you setting up the Jetpack with your Comcast wifi at home when the device is designed to connect to the Verizon Wireless network directly and broadcast its own wifi network?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I can absolutely understand the draw to Wi-Fi to conserve your Verizon data, NIKO444. The Ellipsis Jetpack provides Wi-Fi enabled devices connection to the fast Verizon 4G LTE network and would not draw the data from other Wi-Fi connections. Just to make sure we’re on the same page, can you fill me in a bit more on the steps you took with your Jetpack at home? What devices are you connecting to your Jetpack that would be used while you’re away from home?
