slow download speed on one laptop, but not on another

Hi Verizon,

I am getting very slow download speeds thru my jetpack. It is strange:

  1. Laptop #1 works fine on other networks
  2. Laptop #1 works fine thru iPhone tethering
  3. Laptop #1 is very slow on jetpack
  4. Laptop #2 works fine on same jetpack

I have had my computer looked at by geeksquad and I have reset the computer/jetpack multiple times with no luck (including pulling out batteries).

Any ideas?

We'll get this working correctly. Have you attempted removing the network information from the Laptop and adding once more? Is it only the 1 device that's having problems with that Jetpack?
