hello I am from Guatemala I have just been sent a Verizon Jetpack MIFI 5510L-D05B device and I would like to use it with the SIM of Guatemala but it does not read the SIM could you support me to know the process of obtaining the release of the device since it was purchased in 2014 and they no longer have those models available currently.
