Motorola 7232 where and how?

Got 1.9 in my area a couple of weeks ago.

I called Verizon FIOS and asked for the new 7232 box since I have the original HD DVR 6416.

They said they would send one out and to send the old one back.

The box they sent me had the same old unit. I called and the agent and he said they made an error and the new 7232 boxes cannot be ordered through customer service or through the phone calling FIOS.

They suggested I log on and click the spot on the website where you can put your email address in and Verizon will contact you about upgrading the box and paying 30.00 or somehting like that.

I am still waiting for a response that I doubt I will ever get.

I really want the unit because it seems that 1.9 was designed for it, plus the extra HD space.

I live in Southern California.  Where can I get one of these?

It took two days for me to get a return e-mail. Ordered same yesterday!
