I cannot access my Verizon account while overseas. When attempting to log in, I provide both my user id and password, and when it comes to the step to receive a security code (through a text message), I am instead told "Someone is trying to access your My Verizon account." Yes -- that would be me!
When I click on the link within the SMS that appeared on my cell phone, I am told this:
"Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time."
What's the deal?

I have this same problem right now as well. I am in Europe and suspended my service until I get back to the United States because where I am basically has zero service.
The support specialist never told me I wouldnt be able to log into my account due to the SMS Authentication PIN VERIZON is requiring for me to log in to the account after I enter my credentals.
I cant even login and talk to someone on chat! I cannot see my bill. Will I not be able to re activate my phone until I physically am back in the United States and vist a store?
This is unacceptable. I WANT ADSISSTANCE NOW.

I can’t log in or reset password, it doesn’t allow me from Georgia (the country) when I call international number it can see my number asks me my 4 digit pin, everything goes well, but the line gets dropped, also from application nor website I can not log in or reset pass, and I need to pay my bill

I have same problem, can’t log in, says account locked, I click change password but it gives me this error…
When I click the link to chat with Verizon agent it asks me to log in but I can’t log in outside of USA 🥶😭😭😭 this is so frustrating 😩

I had the same problem when I tried to access Verizon Support features. I got a "Not available at this time" error message on the website.

I’m currently in Korea and also having trouble logging into my account! This is super frustrating as my UNWANTED Verizon Cloud trial ends on the 21st and I have to cancel it before then if I don’t want to get charged $19.99 for a service I neither wanted or used. This is unacceptable. Please let me know how to login into my account abroad so that I cancel it.

Hi Verizon,
I am having the same problem. I am in Korea and unable to access my account because I need my phone to receive texts in order to do so. It is very FRUSTRATING!
I want to pay my monthly balance because I’ve been receiving threats from Verizon saying my case will go to outside collections if I don’t pay. Well, how can I pay if I’ve been abroad all this time without being able to access? This is ridiculous.

Help! I called the number listed but do not understand Italian. It did not give me the option to choose english. I am having the same issues as listed above and really need international data to travel.
