I have never been so frustrated in my life than I am with Verizon. Literally the worst customer service EVER. I switched plans right before leaving for Europe and was told on the phone by a rep that I would get 10 days of the travel pass free and after that, I would be charged $6 per day. Got back to a $414 bill with every day charge $12 for each phone. I’ve called Verizon 4 times and was told lastly that my bill would be reduced to $190. That has NOT happened. Plus, I had to repeat my story each time I called. Apparently they have no centralized log for customer complaints? Give me a break. The last “supervisor” I spoke to put me on hold to once again look into the issue and NEVER CALLED ME BACK. And it’s not even about the money at this point. It’s about a lack of integrity and doing what you say you’ll do. So I have one more call scheduled and if that doesn’t resolve the issue tomorrow, I will be switching to T Mobile. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. The customer experience is a complete horror which is why people are leaving Verizon.
