Hello-
I need help with resolving a dispute regarding an extra charge on my bill that apparently has been there as a recurring charge. It is for international calling to Portugal. I traveled to Portugal two years ago and used the daily travel pass for the time I was there and so do not know how or why this charge came about. Please assist with confirming it has been removed and providing a credit for the charge over the last two years. The fact that it has never been used shows I did not agree to this additional service nor need it.

Have you tried going into the section for managing your perks in your My Verizon account and seeing if there's something you can unsubscribe from? I've read of people accidentally subscribing for the monthly version of the International Service Plan and then getting billed every month because it's a subscription.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
