When trying to call 866WXBRIEF, I get a message that the number cannot be dialed. This is a number I need to call while in Canada but I cannot figure out how else to enter it. Other calls seem to work fine. How else do I enter the number to connect? I’ve tried it with and without the 1 ahead of it.
It is always good to know your options when traveling, we'll be glad to help out. In this case, 800 numbers do not work while traveling outside the United States. You would need to find the international number for the contact you are trying to call.
