I'm being charged a daily travel pass but have cellular and data roaming disabled.

I have an iPhone 15 with 2 eSims. 1 is from US Verizon and second is Polish T-mobile. I have the cellular settings to use only the Polish T-Mobile for data/cellular while I am in Europe and have the US Verizon line settings to disable data roaming/cellular to only use the number when in WiFi. Why am I still being charged for a daily travel pass? What other settings are required to keep travel pass from being active but allow WiFi access only for Verizon?

Wishing you safe travels Jmavisnj. Ensuring you are set up for the best success for your Dual SIM is a must. Simply turning off data roaming will not stop the charges but rather if you disable/turn off the SIM, you will stop receiving charges. Please see the link below for the steps.
