My Daughter went on a 4 day cruise to Mexico/Jamaica and the island. She was told to add the internation pass and she would not be charge for roaming. Needless to say when she returned home I got a bill for 2800 dollars. She got a text when she reach the port that says international plan in effect. She did not know she had to get off the boat for it to be in affect. I have called Verizon and got a manager that says(nothing we can do). Is there a way to fix this from not happening to some other person.
