I have been unable to make a voice call but can send messages. I am religiously being charged $10 per day but absolutely no phone service. Very frustrating.
Hello Semmesoj. I wish you safe travels in Italy and beyond and totally understand how important it is to stay connected with friends and family when away. Are you able to make calls now? Is Roaming turned on and the phone has been turned off and back on to connect with the local network when you arrived? Here are a few helpful tips when traveling.
