Hello,
Our experience with Verizon was not good while traveling internationally. Not only did we not receive text messages when we arrived to our destination, but our phones did not work at all, and I had to have family from the US call to add the travel pass. After, I added a travel pass ($10 a day), the phone finally worked and I felt safe. My brother on my plan is being charged almost $100 dollars for roaming minutes, when his phone did not work at all, unless there was good WiFi. I added the pass so we can use my phone, and don’t think it’s right that we are receiving all of these unnecessary fees. We have a huge family plan and have been customers for a while. This whole experience was new and other family members on the trip who had other plans had better connections and services from their phone carriers.
