I've had several techs at Verizon try to find out why international calling and texting doesn't work. Verizon billed me for this and the feature doesn't work for Ghana W Africa. I have spent hours with tech 2 and I cannot text or call Ghana. The features in this memo here are not in my phone Samsung SM-A42 5G
