International plan not working

My wife and I are in Portugal and both have the same Verizon monthly international plan.   Her phone is working but mine is not.  We have the same $100 monthly plan and the same settings on our iPhones.   I tried restarting several times but still have no connection.  Any suggestions?

TND2015, we want to make sure that you're able to stay connected while you're traveling internationally. Please tell us, do you still need help with your service? What international settings were enabled on your iPhones?

Yes I do.  I have the monthly international plan.  IPhone 13 has Cell Data "on", roaming "on", network Selection on "automatic".   Same settings and plan as my wife - but her's works and mine doesn't.  Help?

Phone doesn’t work in Portugal.   All of my settings are correct as verified through earlier screenshots I sent to your help desk in previous chats.   They also submitted a “ ticket” which doesn’t seem to have done anything.
