I purchased Verizon's international plan before embarking on a trip to Rwanda, and I must say, I am incredibly frustrated with the experience. To my dismay, their international plan proved utterly useless in Rwanda, whereas AT&T customers seemed to have no issues whatsoever.

In an attempt to salvage the situation, I reached out to Verizon's customer service for assistance. However, after hours of troubleshooting with them, I found myself at a dead end. It was a thoroughly exasperating experience.

To add insult to injury, when I asked for reimbursement for a service that essentially didn't work at all, Verizon's response was nothing short of a disappointment. They offered to provide me with a credit for only half of what I paid for the plan. It's an absolute joke!

This experience has left me not only frustrated but also actively exploring alternative cellular providers for my entire family. Verizon's lackluster international service and their response to my issue have pushed me to consider taking our business elsewhere.
