I am active duty military and forgot to suspend my account before returning to Italy for work after leave. I went to login and Verizon just would not let me login here and locked me out even with a correct password and email verification code. I don’t know what to do and I just need to login and suspend my account and update an expired card. I can’t call from here and the chat leads me no where.
