I’m locked out of my My Verizon account in Korea. When I enter my password, it says the info doesn’t match. When I click “forgot info?” It takes me to a generic error page with no contact info. After several attempts it asked me the secret question. I answered it correctly but it keeps saying the info doesn’t match.
i’m not able to make ANY calls. I can’t make international calls even to toll-free numbers. I tried *611 and Verizon’s Korea toll-free number (002 800 50050099) but got a Korean automated message saying I’m not authorized to make calls. My carrier has already been switched to KT (a local carrier) when I check my iPhone Settings.
how am I supposed to purchase international plans when I can’t even access my account? This is a terrible user experience.
