Maybe I'm just stupid, but offering an international travel pass for $12/day unlimited talk text data and then charging your customers $500 in extra international charges for using said talk text and data INTERNATIONALLY is absolutely misleading. Only after being connected and put on hold multiple times because even their own customer service rep didn't understand the issue, I was informed that their "international" plan only allows calls WITHIN one country (ex. You travel to England and can only make calls to numbers in England). Again, maybe I was too thick to understand the terms & conditions, but that doesn't sound like what I would be signing up for with a short term INTERNATIONAL plan. So for all the stupid international travelers, the anxious international travelers, or the very first time international travelers, Verizon, make it VERY clear and explicit in no uncertain terms so that you don't take advantage of your customers and steam roll them with unexpected fees.
