I’m in Spain. 9/14/24. I have signed up for travel pass while still on USA. Once in Spain, I can’t send texts at all, not even via WiFi on hotel network. Can’t use cellular outside hotel. Plz help.

Are you a prepaid customer? If so, you need to have funds loaded into your account before Travel Pass works (simply having the Travel Pass toggle set to "on" means you are eligible to use the feature, but it will not work unless your account has a positive balance).
If you are postpaid and have zilch cellular service despite enabling Travel Pass, use the link below and scroll down to the section on International Services Support. There may be a toll-free number you can call to reach them from a landline if you expand the section "see toll-free numbers".
