In three days, Iโve been promised three calls back by a supervisor. Iโve even had text messages saying a call was scheduled. Yet, Iโve had zero calls back from Verizon and given up over THREE HOURS on the phone- mostly on hold. Itโs as though the service reps job is to wear the customer down into submission, provide false information, and by no means provide help.
All this to rectify that travel pass was taken off of my line. A fairly big deal as I travel for a living as a major airline pilot.
While more than willing to pay my fair bill, Iโve had to explain my situation to four different customer โserviceโ agents with ZERO progress.
20 years of loyalty. For what?
My brother is right, go to AT&T.
