Hi - posting this on behalf of my nanny that is traveling with us. She has Verizon and was notified by text upon landing in France that she has TravelPass but she has no service and no way to activate it. She also has weird problems accessing Verizon websites and her account online, even when connected to WiFi. She is using an iPhone 13. Please help.

I know how important it would be for me to stay connected while traveling myself, RileyHop. We can help offer some support, and some insight. Due to the nature of being outside the U.S. it can be more difficult from an account security standpoint to access My Verizon. The great news is that you can grab the device settings from our Trip Planner online by selecting the device and the country here: https://www.verizon.com/plans/international/international-travel/trip-planner-tool/
